This Mother’s Day, Give the Women in Your Life the Gift of Life
 

Today, colon cancer is the third leading cause of cancer deaths among women in America.  Yes, that’s right, colon cancer is a women’s disease too.  However, you should know that it is one cancer that is largely preventable.  You should also know that colon cancer has a 90% survival rate when diagnosed early. 

The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) is proud to provide you with a free Mother’s Day eCard that could help save the life of someone you love.  Send this to your grandmother, mother or daughter and let them know you are thinking of them this Mother’s Day.  Ask them to take the simple step that could keep them in your life that much longer, by asking for and getting their cancer screenings including a screening for colon cancer.
